Who Am I?

Chef Elizabeth Fisher

I am a classically French trained chef nurtured by the diverse California food scene. I graduated from California Culinary Academy San Francisco; a Le Cordon Bleu program in 2009. Since graduating I have gained experience in many  forms of culinary service. Everything from boutique hotels, catering, and fine dining restaurants to hospitals and am currently the chef of a private school here in Knoxville. I am passionate about fresh from scratch cooking using locally sourced whole foods. 

 

 Being a busy mom myself I am aware of the struggle for time to put healthy wholesome food on the table for your family. 

This small business is a solution for myself as well as a way to help other families struggling to keep up with it all. There are only so many hours in a day, let me give some of those back to your family while feeding my soul doing what I love.
