Q: What kind of food can I expect to see?
Everything I make is done with the base line idea of eating whole foods. Meaning no processed foods or refined sugars. Everything I make is gluten free and has a dairy free option, if not already dairy free. I try to create menus that are high protein and low fat while also offering creative dishes.
Q: Is there an option for pick up?
No there is not. At this time I am working out of a rented kitchen at a school that is closed on weekends. It is not a storefront or a location that I can have people come to pick up.
